I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Service
   Participants understand that EnnsZone Kicking operates as a subscription service. Billing occurs once a month, starting from the date of the first payment.

2. Session Completion
   Participants must complete all five sessions within the billing month. Any unused sessions do not carry over to the next month.

3. Non-Transferable Sessions
   Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be given to or used by another person.

4. No Refunds for Missed Sessions
   There are no refunds for missed sessions. Participants are responsible for scheduling and attending all five sessions within the month.

5. Cancellation Notice
   Participants must notify EnnsZone Kicking via email at Jacobd.enns@gmail.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing date if they wish to cancel their subscription. Failure to provide notice will result in the participant being billed for the following month. Further, to continue having recruiting services athletes must be actively trained by EZK which is defined as having an active subscription or attending two sessions a month

6. Injury Policy
   In the event of an injury, participants may have their sessions credited to a future date, provided they submit a doctor’s note verifying the injury. These credited sessions must be used within a specified period agreed upon with EnnsZone Kicking.

By enrolling in EnnsZone Kicking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation Policy.

This Waiver of Liability (the "Waiver") is executed on this [Date] by the undersigned participant (the "Participant") in favor of EnnsZone Kicking, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, "EnnsZone Kicking").

1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk
   The Participant acknowledges that the activities involved in kicking, punting, and snapping (collectively, the "Activities") with EnnsZone Kicking carry inherent risks of physical injury. The Participant understands and voluntarily accepts these risks, recognizing that such injuries may be minor or severe and could result in permanent disability, paralysis, or death.

2. Release and Waiver
   The Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue EnnsZone Kicking from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, whether caused by the negligence of EnnsZone Kicking or otherwise, while participating in any of the Activities or in any activities related to the Activities.

3. Indemnification
   The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnnsZone Kicking from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the Participant’s involvement in the Activities, whether caused by the negligence of EnnsZone Kicking or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment
   The Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if they are injured or require medical attention during their participation in the Activities. The Participant understands that they are responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment.

5. Governing Law
   This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which EnnsZone Kicking is located, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

6. Severability
   If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed from this Waiver and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
